Ingredients
2 cups packed fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup pine nuts or walnuts
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
½ Locatelli Pecorino Romano
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1) Place basil, garlic, and nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add the oil and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2) Place in a bowl and mix in the cheese.
3) Store in an air-tight container.
